Austrian software company Pimcore releases Pimcore X

Pimcore X is the latest version of the open source platform and has several new features and functionalities as well as massive performance improvements . Also, Pimcore offers an optional Enterprise Subscription in addition to the free Open Source Community Edition.

Powered by Symfony 5, PHP 8 and ExtJS 7 for fast performance, Pimcore X is the only data and experience management platform built entirely on Symfony 5. Developers also enjoy several benefits with Pimcore X, including a more efficient working environment: cleaner source code, improved documentation, and new coding standards are a part of it.

The new features of Pimcore X at a glance

• Easy data import: no more coding is required as Pimcore takes a low-code approach to PIM and MDM. Data exchange is accelerated using the new Pimcore Data Importer. 
• Improved Partner Collaboration. The new Pimcore Experience Portals enable content sharing and editing, for example, by external or subsidiary partners.
• Integrations with Enterprise Subscription for Amazon, eBay, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• New Perspective Editor enables custom views and perspectives for individual user groups.
• Easier deployment in the cloud: Pimcore X is easier to deploy in cloud environments.
