Scrum comes from the Anglican language and means "crowd" and, like Kanban, belongs to project methods of agile software development.

Scrum has become a specific method for the entire project management, including agile projects in the product and service area.
In contrast to the classic project with a fixed goal, in which there may only be changes to the project plan as needed, Scrum pursues a vision of the goal and constantly changes the project, content and process to fulfill the vision in the best possible way.
