The international online magazine is aimed at professional chefs who want to make a difference. It's all about the "loud, dirty, wonderful life in the kitchen" and about ideas, innovations and trends in cooking and the kitchen. It is aimed at everyone who puts their heart and soul into the kitchen, brings pop culture to the plate, and is greedy for new things.
